Xiaomi Launches Fully Wireless AirDots Headphones for $30
Xiaomi's answer finally arrives to the growing market of True Wireless headphones.
With style and name clearly inspired by Apple’s AirPods, Xiaomi has announced the launch of the Mi AirDots Youth Edition wireless headsets. And as with many company products, including smartphones, they should stand out for good quality accompanied by a low price.
Like the AirPods and FlyPods, recently launched by Honor, the AirDots come with a case in which you can store the headsets while their battery charges. They have Bluetooth 5.0, which promises to improve the quality and speed of the connection to the smartphone, and weigh only 4.2 grams.
A touch sensor allows the user to activate the virtual assistant, pause the music, skip to the next song, or answer a call without having to take the phone out of the pocket. They also have a battery of 4 to 5 hours depending on the intensity of use. Carrying the case with you, this time can be extended up to 12 hours.
The Mi AirDots Youth Edition has a 7.2mm driver, which is within the average size of 6mm up to 12mm of type products. The expectation is that this specification will be sufficient to generate a decent volume.
As said before, the price will undoubtedly be one of the most attractive points for anyone thinking of acquiring headphones in this style. The Xiaomi Mi AirDots Youth Edition is for sale in China for ¥199, (about $30).
