Xiaomi Presents ShareSave: The App to Buy Products Outside of China
Xiaomi is one of the mobile brands that move the most to diversify. The ecosystem of products is really wide, but even today it is difficult to buy some of these devices that are only sold in China.
For this Xiaomi has launched a new application called ShareSave that allows you to buy products that are only in China but from other countries. The launch has been in India, the most important market of this manufacturer after China, but will expand to other countries.
Xiaomi has launched a new e-commerce platform to allow users outside of China to buy brand products. As we all know, there is an internal ecosystem around the brand that includes devices of all kinds also made in collaboration with other partners. Not just smartphones and headphones, but even home automation products or simple home accessories.
Very often, users – who have become real fans – must hope and wait for the Shenzhen manufacturer to market products in their country or are forced to rely on online sites with long waiting times. The company itself has resolved the problem, whose new strategy is to expand the reach of its ecosystem.
ShareSave offers the opportunity to buy outside of China at an affordable price. Customers can also take advantage of special discounts by inviting friends to register or financing a small part of the construction of a product from which they can then earn up to 10% more than invested. You can get up to 100% off. Products can also be purchased without exploiting these actions.
A new way to buy
The app is already in the Google Play Store, but at the moment it cannot be downloaded from other locations.
As the company explained in its official blog, ShareSave is a way to buy more social, which will give us discounts if instead of a unit we buy several, be it two or more. We will have three purchase modalities:
- In pairs: to achieve a discount on both units.
- Groups: with discounts of up to 100% in a unit when there are multiple people targeted.
- Kickstart: pay a minuscule amount and multiply it by 10 when buying the product when it goes on sale.
In addition to Xiaomi products, there will be another of the more than 100 companies with which the Lei Jun company is currently collaborating. Examples of products are some smart bulbs or the intelligent toothbrush, but also others that are not yet added to the catalog.
It will be an alternative to import stores that most certainly know, and Xiaomi is committed to keeping prices adjusted, something that is more than interesting. In addition, the company can know what is most interesting to a market to take it there officially later.
For the moment, the application is only available in India but it will probably also come to other countries. ShareSave is the clear demonstration that Xiaomi intends to do in earnest and that has not lost a moment to implement its new strategy. The company will continue the global expansion not only creating new physical stores but also improving their online sales channels.
