Huawei Dominates Top 10 Fastest Smartphones in the World

Like every month, this one also released AnTuTu's benchmark 10 of the most powerful Android smartphones. Now the cards have shuffled Huawei with their new features at the Kirin 980 processor. It is made with 7 nm technology and offers really great performance.

AnTuTu has made known the ranking of October dedicated to smartphones with the best performance. After months of domination by the Snapdragon 845, it is now Huawei’s Mate 20 – with its Kirin 980 – to gain the highest ranking and the most powerful Android smartphone palm. At least according to the benchmarks.

Huawei is dominating the world’s fastest Android smartphones list according to tests carried out by the benchmark app AnTuTu. Three Chinese-branded gadgets appear in the top three positions, and all of them are in the Mate 20 series.

The first place is the common Mate 20, followed closely by Mate 20 Pro and the Mate 20X. All these smartphones hit the market with the Kirin 980 chipset, manufactured by Huawei itself.

After these phones from Huawei, everyone else brings Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chip. The best among them is Black Shark Helo, followed by the original version of Xiaomi’s gamer cell phone, the first Black Shark. The sixth place is Meizu’s flagship, Meizu 16, which we have not heard much about recently.

Kirin 980 and Snapdragon 845

In close proximity to this trio, there is a new Xiaomi gaming smartphone from Black Shark Helo. It achieved a score of 301,757 and included the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, which runs up to 10GB of memory. Behind it, 293544 points were placed by its predecessor, Xiaomi Black Shark, also with Snapdragon 845. In addition to the first three devices, all the other smartphones in the top ten have just this processor.

Other models include Meizu 16th (292394 points), popular OnePlus 6 (292371 points), another Asus ROG Phone smartphone (291701 points) and Nubia Z18 with 290 332 points.

It is worth mentioning that other high-performance smartphones in October did not enter this account because they are recently released. The list includes OnePlus 6T, the Mi Mix 3 of Xiaomi and Honor Magic 2.

Qualcomm chips should only surpass Huawei’s Kirin 980s when the Snapdragon 855 starts appearing on smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy S10 and others after it.
